Chrysler Title Delay

I bought a 2005 Jeep Rubicon from Northtown Dodge dealer back in July 3, 2008.

After I signed all the paperworks, they came back and said "we can't release the vehicle because we don't have the title in hand". I was like "Why don't you have the title ready before posting it for sale". So I agreed to wait because they said Chrysler will send them the title in July 22, 2008.

July 22 arrived and no title. I have to call them 4 times to know the answer. They didn't even bother to call me. The dealer said Chrysler is now promised August 18, 2008 before the title arrives.

So again I wait (now August 12, 2008) and I'm already in monthly payment (loan) for a car I don't even have. What kind of business is this, Chrysler?
