ATT—Poor customer service

I added one cell phone to my bundled package of home phone, internet access, satellite TV, and cell phones. When ATT added the extra cell phone, they UNbundled the mobile service and cannot seem to bundle it back again. I was on the phone with ATT for 90 minutes, talked to five people, was transferred again and again, and was finally disconnected. After 90 minutes nobody was on the line to fulfill the promises of "Yes, we can solve this ma'am." This change also disrupted my auto-bill pay, and they suspended my cell phone service.
