My unresolved complaints to AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile 9867437110 (ref. 151663714718; 153128721063) and 9908313623 (ref 149748915552 )

Dear Sirs,

I am feel absolutely harassed and fleeced by AIRTEL mobile service provider for the following reasons:

1) My lifetime number 98674 has been deactivated without assigning any reason and without prior information. They have taken the complaint and a reference number is also given but they have neither reactivated the number nor refunded my money.

2) My number 9908; on charging while roaming in Chhattisgarh, the credit of talk time was not given although the echarging was shown to be successful. The result is that I am not able to use the number since 11/3/2008. Several complaints were taken and reference numbers given but till today the talk value has not been added to my balance nor have they refunded my money.

I request you to kindly HIGHLIGHT in the columns of your dailies the plight of genuine customers in the hands of AIRTEL mobile service provider so that people will be careful in selecting their service providers.

I HAVE DEFINITELY DECIDED NOT TO USE AIRTEL SERVICES.
