Sloppy job laying tile. Also roof damage.

A contractor laid tile on three different rooms leaving cracks between the tiles. I've tried several times to get him back out here and he won't come back. Not only the cracks, but he did not put my molding back on.I can't find the molding anywhere. Some tile in the kitchen is lower than the rest. Looks terrible.He also cheated me on the money. I also had him to build a wall in my Florida Room. He had to jack the beam up and when he proceeded with this, he tore up my roof. He claims he didn't do it when he jacked up the beam.
