Poor Customer Service

Really bad customer service. I bought an audiobook CD and mistakenly chose the abridged version when I wanted the unabridged version. There were other sellers on the site selling the abridged version that had it clearly marked as "abridged". I went with The Seed of Calvary because they had a lower price and their CD was not marked as abridged. Regardless, it was my mistake for not clarifying. When I approached the store to see if they would work with me to exchange the item they said, "We sent you the item as described". I acknowledged that but simply asked if they would work with me to exchange the item for what I wanted. I was willing to pay the difference and associated costs. They continued to reply with the same statement questioning why I kept asking them for help. I simply wanted to know if they would work with me. They wrote me back stating "Christians" are supposed to take responsibility for their decisions, which I found extremely offensive. I am Christian, but the CD I ordered was a financial advice CD. For them to assume my faith and then riddicule me using faith was offensive. I pointed out that they were not acting in a very "Christian" manner. Then they continued their attack telling me I was in "junior high". I told them I made a mistake buying from them and they replied that I was "banned" from ever buying at their store again. If you are looking to buy Christian items or anything else, don't buy from this seller. Buy from a seller that practices the principles that they promote through their business name.

Thank you for the information. I usually buy from Christian stores, so it's good to know that this one I should avoid. Thank you for the warning. I'll be sure not buy from this site.
