We have a Cole Sewell storm door, owned by Pella. The door is deteriorating from the inside out. They will do nothing because the door was on the house when we bought it! It is the materials used in the door and they will not stand behind their product!

I too, bought a Pella storm door with the same problem. They charged me $30 to ship another makeshift door to me that was a poorer quality than the original! I unlike the other writer had all the receipts. I will never buy their product again- they don't stand behind it!
