After 7 months trying to figure out what happened to my ram refund of $193.It must have been 20 times back and forth with newegg on the phone which they have no clue of what had happened. Newegg claimed the refund process was successful which on my end the refund never made it back to my card. Newegg refused to talk to my bank or do a 3 way call to discuss the matter. In the end, Newegg credited the credit which belong to my ex-girlfriend - someone I don't associated with any longer. I no longer have this credit card on my account. And there's no way I can follow up on where about my GF is at this point due to her US departure back to her native country. I'd asked newegg to credit my current card on file rather than my ex's, their answer was simply," No, there's nothing we can do." It took them 7 months to figured this out! Actually, it was myself who figured it out. SHAME! So I lost my $193. After almost 8 years shopping with them, buying thousands of dollars worth of IT goods for myself and customers, I will not buy or have any relationship with Newegg.com ever again. When problem occurs, they're a bunch of helpless people.
