King of Swords 3000 JOhnson Ferry Road suite 103/104 Marietta, Ga 30062 US www.kingofswords.com I placed an order on May 1st, 2008. They charged my credit card that day. It is now April 8th, 2008 I have not recieved my merchandise, they did not respond to e-mails or phone calls, prier to my credit card company calling them about the fraud. They owe me money or my merchandise, and I want it NOW!!! When I inquired today as to status, they indicated that they couldn't give me a "satisfactory" answer and were canceling my order - but now I wonder if I'll EVER see a refund!! How is this company still in business???? No further responses were given to me. If you try to call there phone line, its just automated and your instructed to use that line or through email. Its been nearly a year and still no sword or word for them. Totally Fruad. They responded in February after several complaints saying merchandise was caught up in customs. I cancelled my order in March 08 and still have not seen a refund. Definitely a fraudulent company. They cancelled my order because I filed a fraud charge against them, but they did not issue me a refund, they said I would get it back through my credit card company AFTER I prove fraud on their part. How crazy is this? Why are they still in operation? Why have I not got my money back? I will sue them if I have to, I want this company shut down!!! Let me know if you are interested in joining my lawsuit against them. I have emailed them and telephoned them. Received one response 60 days ago claiming merchandise was held up by customs. I have emailed them 3 times since this and called them twice.
