King of Swords is a scam

I placed an order on May 1st, 2008. They charged my credit card that day. It is now April 8th, 2008 I have not recieved my merchandise, they did not respond to e-mails or phone calls, prier to my credit card company calling them about the fraud.

They owe me money or my merchandise, and I want it NOW!!!

I placed an order December 07. They responded in February after several complaints saying merchandise was caught up in customs.

I cancelled my order in March 08 and still have not seen a refund.

Definitely a fraudulent company.

King of Swords took my money on May 1st, 2008, today is now June 2nd, 2008. They cancelled my order because I filed a fraud charge against them, but they did not issue me a refund, they said I would get it back through my credit card company AFTER I prove fraud on their part.

How crazy is this? Why are they still in operation? Why have I not got my money back? I will sue them if I have to, I want this company shut down!!! Let me know if you are interested in joining my lawsuit against them.

I placed an order on 8 March 2008 - It is now 2 June 2008 - It has been 86 days and my order has not been shipped or received. I have emailed them and telephoned them. Received one response 60 days ago claiming merchandise was held up by customs. I have emailed them 3 times since this and called them twice. Still no reply - They have stolen my money and refused to pay it back
