i sign up to use Vonage phone service for the business in March 2007. When i first sign up the agent said i pay only the activation fee and there are not anyother fee, there is no contract and i can cancel the service anytime if i don't want and if i cancel with in a monthe there will refund all the money back. My business not good so we have to closed the business in November 2007 and i have to move out of that town. i called to cancel this Phone and the agent, this time, said i can not cancel the service if i cancel i have to pay disconnection fee and the early termination fee. i talk with them that went we first sign up the agent said i can cancel anytime. we talk back and fornt for verylong. the cancelation agent insist that i can not cancel. they try to said that i can move the service to any place which i don't want to use this service anymore, it is hassle and unbeliveable. i never been in this hassle suituation in my life before. it is worst and incridible for a phone service. People out there who think of using Vonage phone service, please be awear and think twice before you sign up for the service.
