Kitchenaid Washer & Dryer Appliance Direct P.O. Box 218 St. Joseph, MI 49085 US http://www.kitchenaid.com/home.jsp We purchased a Kithenaid washer and dryer 6 years ago, thinking we were buying quality products. We are a 2 person family who only use the apliances on the weekend. We have had 2 out of warranty service calls on the dryer and 3 out of warranty service calls on the washer. We finally decided to cut our losses and buy a new washer. We will never buy Kitchenaid again.
