Dissatisfied customer I have several complaints about the dysfunctional behavior I have encountered from The Telephone company. 1. Customer service department. takes anything from 20minutes to half an hour to connect to an agent. 2. On the 7th of April my cell phone line was disconnected, #231-4531 To present date I have received no bill, nor warning of such disconnection. After making several unsuccessful attempts to connect with customer care, I took my bills from the previous month to Surepay, and paid them again, later in the evening I managed to speak with agent Tamisa, who assured me the fault would be addressed, to present time I am still without use of my cell phone.
