WITHOUT NOTICE ACTIVATION OF UTILITY BILL PAYMENT

Dear Sir / Mam,

 

I mr. Gopal Pathak hold Card no.-

4477 4608 5928 1000 of ICICI since Jan 07.

In the month of December 2007 amount of Rs.3550 was debited from my account towards the Reliance Bill Payment. Again amount approx 4500 was debvited from my account in the month of Jan towards the utility bill payment. Inspite of mailing the same twice or thrice I have not got the feed back from your end. Again this month an amount of Rs.2335 was debited from my account on 17/3/2008.

 

But i have complaint the same to the customer care thrice on the third time they told me that the same facility will be deactived and from Feb month onwards the billed amount will not be debited to my account. Now again the amount is being debited to my account. Now in this case I again called the custmer care people but they told me that my request was done on the month of March17th and the amount was also debited on the same day.

But is this justified. Now I don't want this facility then why the amount is being debited from my account.

 

My telephone bill amount is paid by my company then why should I activate such facility. Now who bill bear this charges. The company has refused to pay the amount then who will pay this amount?

Iam disturbed with this act of ICICI.

 

Please see to this matter at an urgent basis or suggest me what to do cause I will not pay that amount at least the last months amount.
