No response to repeated calls for servicing despite under free service contract

I have a water purifier Aquaflo Designa Unit S. No: 3004239, under a service contract for 2 years. I had put a request for repair a week back as the water purifier stopped working. No fair notice has been given to the complaint despite calling on phone daily. Everyday a reassurance of next day is given just fooling us to glory. Just because it is a free service contract, with all money for free service( Rs. 2000) already been swallowed by the company, no attention is being paid to the request. This undo harassment is not forthcoming ; Please ensure appropriate action is taken, or else please return the contract amount immediately
