Bad and inefficient service

internet service Qwest Woodbury, MN 55129 US I ordered the internet service and wireless modem. The modem was not arrived on time. They sent it again, still didn't arrive on the time they promised. Finally, I decided to use comcast. So I cancelled the service and returned those two modems without opening the boxes. Few weeks later, I received the bill including mothly internet service fee and charges of two modems. I called the company, and they said that would be corrected in the next bill. More than three months later now, the charges are still there, and I did call the company to resolve the issue every month when I received the bills. The customer service always told me the correction would be updated in the next bill. What lyers they are!
