Loaf Hair Care products ripped me off!

This is the BIGGEST rip off I have ever experienced. I placed an order back in JANUARY and it didn't come and didn't come. I kept trying to contact this company and they would not return my emails. I finally received my order a month later only to find that part of it was missing.

I again tried to contact them, but only got an email stating my order was complete.

I tried to cancel the remainder of my order and get a credit to my credit card, but that didn't work, either.

Finally I wrote to LOAF and demanded the rest of my order, but it cost me $2.40 to send the letter!

I got the rest of my order, (in MARCH), but it was DAMAGED!

I emailed the company again several times and finally just requested a return authorization number so that they could be responsible for the return shipping and to this day have not heard back.

The products I received are damaged and unusable, but I cannot get this company to assist me in any way and can't seem to find any legal recourse since they are in the UK and I am here, in America.
