Chili's Restaurant Lakewood Ranch, FL

My wife and I LOVE Chili's, but the one in Lakewood Ranch is the worse i've ever been to by far. The first time we went I ordered Chicken fajita quesadillas and they brought me the Chicken fajita's...my wife ordered the cajun chicken pasta and got the chicken pasta with marinara sauce. When my wife said this wasn't the cajun pasta the waitress told her she was wrong and wouldn't bring her a new one. They told me they would bring me a new fajita quesidilla....45 min later and the meal was COLD!!! It also took them 20-25 min to bring us our beer and it was warm. When the manager came over he apologized but refused to give us an compensation whatsoever. We decided to try this chili's again hoping it was just a bad experience...

2nd time was with my parents and my mother ordered a margarita, but recieved a strawberry lemonade. Her mashed potatoes were VERY cold and everyone else's burgers were SEVERELY undercooked and cold in the center. It took the manager 30 minutes to finally come over and address our concerns and then refused to comp our meals or at least give us some gift cards because burgers are supposed to be "cool" in the center....uh can you say E-coli. I've had a burgers at chili's before (medium-rare to medium) and they were never cold in the center. My wife and I thought maybe the 3rd time is a charm...

3rd time we went to the bar area with ffriends to get some drinks and something to eat. Drinks were fine and

served quickly. My wife ordered a blue

cheese and bacon burger and it came out

with some bbq sauce with no bacon or

blue cheese. When my wife said this is

not what she ordered the waitress

apologized and would give her a new one

but she never got another one. THe next

round of drinks came and she mentioned

it again and she apologized again but

we never recieved a burger. Luckily the

manager comped the burger but my wife

never got to eat...except her fries. A

friend ordered the firecracker tilapia

but got the salmon. It took this Chili's

45 min to finally get him the tilapia.

We have never gone back to this chili's

unless we are going to drink only. We

leave to go to Moe's to get something to

eat. We've heard from several people

not to ever bother ordering the

southwestern eggrolls because they

NEVER have them in the kitchen. My wife

and I still go to Chili's but only the

one by Desoto sqaure mall or on BeeRidge

in Sarasota. This Chili's is in

DESPERATE need of new management. THe

lakewood Ranch chili's is only 5 miles

from our house and its such a shame it

is just plain awful service, management,

and food wise.
