Window2India Unprofessionals

In march one the sales persons contated me with an offer to send gift items in India. Finally i have decided to send a God's idol and other offers from window2india. Two days after i realised that they charged me more than the invoice price and an additional fee for conversion!!!!! My invoice was in US dolors and I informed the concerned persons to resolve this issue.

The discussion continued for 1 week without any result so i have decided to cancel my order. After cancelling my order i received a mail from another company stating that my order item has been shipped. Till date after 5 weeks my benifitiary didn't receive the item.

I was getting mails from the company about negotiations.

My concern is for a small issue this company had taken lot of time to resolve and till date it is not resolved.

Who has time to contact these unprofessioanls to resolve such a small issue for more than 8-10 times. More over my transaction was for $20 and for that i had spent so many days to resolve the issue.

Now they decided to send me the difference in invoice price but no idea about the rest of the money.

I feel so pitty to do transactions with them. I had made a dispute transaction with my bank to finally resolve this issue.

I will never recommend window2India for business. Unprofessionals sitting there in the management side..bullshit!!!!!!
