StubHub rip off

Found tickets on StubHub, seller noted difference in seating at venue from what was shown on ticket. Used StubHub website to verify seating chart. At concert found out that tickets were wrong and seating chart was wrong. Appealed to StubHub for partial refund because the listing on their website was inaccurate - they refused to honor their mistakes and even said that their was no record of my complaint which I made the business day after the concert. StubHub does not truly protect its buyers so beware.

This is so true. Last year my wife paid over 300 dollars for tickets to wrestlemania she thought if she ordered before they go on sale she would get me the best seat. Well we get the tickets and the face value was like 38 dollars.

And stub hub would do nothing about it.

I noticed today that they have tickets on there site for the WWE Raw show in Jacksonville. I bought mine through ticketmaster. for 40 a piece. Stub hub has the same tickets for 90$. I called and let them know that people are ripping people off through thier site. They did not seem to care.
