This is the same complain I have with the TWXAOL on our credit card. It has been on there a LONG time. I thought it was something vital for our internet use. Found out it isn't. Think we should be given the amount back. I know it has been at least a year that it has been on our account. At about $23.00 a month, that is food money, heating. gas, etc. Please explain. I am going to check with the better business bureau concern this issue.
