1. ON 28.04.2008, I HAD BOOKED MY TOYOTA CAR AT YOUR SERVICE STATION LOCATED AT B-23 OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE I, NEW DELHI FOR REGULAR SERVICE.

2. MR. SAURABH ATTENDED MY CALL, AND BOOKED MY FOR TUESDAY 29.04.2008, AT 7.30 AM SHARP TELLING ME SPECIFICALLY TO BE AT THAT TIME OR ELSE I WILL MISS MY TURN.

3. I REACHED YOUR SERVICE STATION SHARP AT 7.30 AM ON 29.04.2008. THERE WAS NONE TO ATTEND TO US. THE DUTY GUARD DEVINDER (NAME AS TOLD BY HIM) VERY RUDELY ASKED ME TO PARK THE VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE SERVICE STATION COMPOUND, AND MOST UNCOUTEOUSLY TOLD US TO WAIT TILL 8.15 AM, AS DRIVERS WOULD COME, FIRST DRIVE OUT THE VEHICLES ALREADY PARKED INSIDE THE COMPOUND, BEFORE ALLOWING MY CAR IN.

4. SURPRISINGLY AND INTERESTINGLY TIMINGS DISPLAYED AT THE SERVICE STATION STATES THAT OPERATIONS COMMENCE FROM 7.30 AM.

5. OTHER CUSTOMERS SIMILARLY WAITING WERE DRIVERS OF FOLLOWING TWO VEHICLES:

A) TOYOTA INNOVA NO. DLIYB5415 (DRIVER PATRAS)

B) TOYOTA INNOVA NO. UP32BR2233

6. Ms. SONIA, HEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR, (NAME AND DESIGNATION AS INFORMED TO US), AND CHANDERMAN SERVICE ADVISOR, DROVE IN AT 7.45 AM. OTHERS FOLLOWED IN DUE COURSE.

7. WE WERE PERMITTED IN AT 8.05AM. SWEEPING AND CLEANING OF THE OFFICE COMMENCED AFTER THAT. BY THE TIME WE SETTLED DOWN, IT WAS WELL PAST 8.20 AM. A GOOD FIFTY MINUTES AWAY FROM OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

MY GRIEVANCE ARE THE FOLLOWING:

1. WHY YOUR OFFICE WAS NON FUNCTIONAL AND THERE WAS NONE TO ATTEND TO US AT THE APPOINTED TIME. WHY WE WERE MADE TO WAIT. WHY YOUR GUARD WAS RUDE.

2. WHY YOUR STAFF MEMBERS ARE NOT PUNCTUAL AND NOT APOLOGETIC.

3. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE DELAY I HAD TO REQUEST REARRANGEMENT OF A VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEETING SCHEDULED AT MY OFFICE AT 10.15 AM., WHICH CAUSED ME AND MY CLIENT INCONVENIENCE, EMBARRASSMENT TO ME, HURT MY REPUTATION AND THEREFORE MY SENTIMENTS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, FOR WHICH YOUR ORGANISATION SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ADEQUATE COMPENSATION.

4. HOW YOU INTEND NOT TO REPEAT THE ABOVE INCIDENTS IN FUTURE.
