TARGET DOESN'T PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST

I purchased a Dyson Animal/Asthma model for over $500 at Target, got it home, opened the box, and found a USED, OLD Bissel Vacuum inside. Someone had switched it. I called the store and spoke to the MOD Bonnie. She said that the Security/Fraud people need to get involved because of the high $$ value of the purchase. I asked if I could bring the vac back and get another or store credit. She said I had to WAIT for security to respond!! Why??????? It's not my fault. I feel like I've had almost $600 stolen from me. They should give me my vacuum and deal with THEIR problem internally!!!
