SunCom Wireless is a lousy company to do business with. Not only do they have poor service in general, their customer service is terrible, they are also very annoying. My payment for my last two bills have been sent very close to the due date. As soon as the due date approaches and the payment has not been received or posted into the system, they have an automated system that calls my home number and leaves a "friendly reminder message", 30 minutes later, my mobile phone rings and it's SunCom, with it's same "friendly reminder message". Then 30 minutes later a text message (of which I have to pay for) shows up on my mobile. This is continues daily until the payment is posted to the account. This is harrassment and illegal. I work in the collection industry and would be sued if I made repeated phone calls as SunCom is doing. I've gotten extremely angry about this method that they are using and when they call me, I use their prompts to get a customer service rep and end up using choice words as they are evasive, rude and ignorant. I have asked that my home phone number be removed from their records, however, I continue to get these harrassing phone calls here. Today I received 2 text messages 10 minutes a part. I'm told that they are within the guidelines of the law. I think SUNCOM STINKS and I'm going to make sure anyone and everyone knows it. My contract will be up on Sept 12th of this year. Once it is, so long. I was an ATT customer and got sucked in by SunCom and it's been nothing but LIES ever since. I noticed that they no longer advertise "truth in wireless"...
