Sears Repairs - Disgusting

I purchased an extended warranty for my dishwasher. It has now been 4 weeks and my diswasher has till not been repaired. The first three times they gave appointment and never showed up. Then they gave appointment and showed up late and told that it needed parts. After another 2 weeks they called to say the parts had come and they made an appointment. We stayed hom all day and 4:45pm a technician called but by the time I went to the phone it went on message, we immediately called back the technician but he did not answer. We re-scheduled again; the day of the appointment he called and said he was going to come in 20 minutes he came 90 minutes late. When he came I just mentioned that he was late.. within a minute he left the house without doing the work. We called back Sears and they said that the technician said we misbehaved. We tried to reach a supervisor, but none of the operators would transfer us to a supervisor.
