RIPPED OFF BY WAMU

We initally bought a property from a

person who had liens with WAMU BUT WAS

UNKNOWN TO US.After we were kicked out

of the property with 1 day notice.We we

were not allowed to take anything but clothes we were wearing.We attempted to repurchase the property from WAMU AT FAIR MARKET VALUE BUT WAMU REFUSED.We

were told that our ethnic makeup was

part of the reason for yhis refusal.We

even went thru 5 real estate agents and

3 mortgage brokers to contact WAMU about

selling the property but once those

"people"knew we were the possible buyers

they refused to sell.

In the meantime,because WAMU refuse to

to allow us our medications,my children

and I have suffered physically requiring

medical attention.They also kept my

wife wedding ring as well as clothes

televisions etc and they even kept money

from our children piggy banks and other

items valued at more that $18,000.

I was told by WAMU reps in the Executive

Dept that I would have to pay over $3000

per each day they kept our property and

they wouldnt guarantee the return of all

our belongings.I was even told that if

I or pne of my children died then I

would have money to rebuy these items

again.I have made over 30 calls and

spoke with at least 10 WAMU employees

and have been consistently lied to,

threatened,laughed at and denigrated.

I have even faxed letters to the CEO

and Chairman (Strphrn Rotella and

Kerry Killinger) and never received a

response.When I called again I was told

I was wasting my time and that our items

were split with employees and what a

nice ring my wife "had".When I said I

could afford legal action I was told

"go ahead and sue cuz we dont lose".

Basically I wonder how WAMU can do

this and why dont shareholders say

anything.All we wanted to do was buy

a home but WAMU rather steal from us.
