RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE NO REFUND NOR POLICY

Dear Sir,

Re : Reliance Life Insurance

I paid Rs.100000/- to Reliance Life Insurance via their agent

Mr. Makarand ( mobile 9820309809 ) contract no. 11411837

dated 23/01/2008.

On January 29, 2008 the money was credited to Reliance Life Insurance. Till March 29, 2008 I did not receive any communication or policy from Reliance Life Insurance. Therefore on March 29, 2008 I wrote them registered AD letter and faxed them a letter asking for refund of my monies.

Till today I have not received my money back or any communication from Reliance Life Insurance.

I have called them several times on their Tel no. 30338181

I want my monies back with interest as the monies are lying with Reliance Life Insurance from January 2008 till date.

Attached herewith please find a copy of letter sent to them.

*The second policy of Reliance Life Insurance I received immediately.

But on the above there is no reply from the company in spite of several

attempts.

This cheque was delivered along with duly filled in form to

The cheque has been honored on January 29, 2008

As I have not received any document against this cheque, I call upon you to refund my full amount immediately.
