I needed to rent a trailer for a wedding in Maine. Tom seemed polite and professional at first. He said he would sent out a contract but I never got one. I emailed him and he 'said' he sent another. Which I also never got. I gave him my fax number and he said it didn't work and just asked for a cc number with no contract. In the meantime, he had other people who wanted the unit. Since I never got the contract or fax, I pursued another option and emailed him to apologize and let him know I didn't need the unit. At that point he accused me of pretending not to have gotten the contract so I could use someone else (not the case). He wrote this back "That is no problem , we rented to some one else , your fax number did not go through you gave us a number that did not work ,,, good luck have a nice day, and I am glad we are not doing business with you since you waste our time thanks again have a good day" Very unprofessional. Don't bother with this guy unless you have no other option.
