Morgtgage fraud

They got a illegal mortgage for my in laws on a house that my husband is part owner. My husband had no knowledge of this,it was to be a buyout not a refinancing,they lied. They have no license.They sent pre dated,pre notarized papers weeks after the mortgage was recorded.They tried to force my husband to sign these papers. He did not. They got $350,000.00 for my in laws. Lawyers told us if they don't use lawyers,they must be crooks,because you need a lawyer present for these douments.For the mortgage and the new deed. The deed was never recorded,only the mortgage with many mistakes and blank spaces for my husband's name. There are investigations on all parties involved except no one can touch Hawthorne. No one will help us.
