Diamond Glass

I called Diamond Glass's Newark Office at 908-789-9500 to get a quote to replace my windshield. The price was great. I had the windshield replaced, and then found out that the windshield was distorted on the sides. I called, the manager referred me to their Morristown office for a free replacement. The replacement windshield again was distorted. The worker who replaced it said it wasn't, even when very obviously it was, on both sides of the windshield. The office assistant contacted the manager who never called me back. I then called customer service who took the complaint and said someone would get back to me. No one did. So, even though they claim they guarantee their product and service, they really don't.
