Blacktop Service or Daily Paving

A man came up to our driveway stating that he had some extra gravel and wanted to know if we were intersted in putting on our driveway for $0.20 a foot. We agreed and he brought back a gravel truck and laid it out on our driveway. And said that they would have to come back to flatten it out. They charged us $250.00 for the unfinished job. And the business card has no address information at to where their business located. And a false phone number that calls a 12 year old's cell phone on thier card or a disconnected phone.
