ACTION VILLAGE RIPPED ME OFF

I purchase an ION paintball gun from Action Village. We received a gun that did not work, we called them the same day the gun was received. They advised us to deal with the manufacturer. The next day the paintball gun was shipped to the manufacturer. On April 29th, the manufacturer (Smart Parts) contacted me and advised me that the computer board in the gun had been super glued together, therefore it was not covered under the warranty (this board is a $150.00 board) We immediately notified Action Village who responded by saying we must have done it and have refused to make any attempt to remedy this situation. We purchased a $250 paintball gun from them and received a unit that is useless and they didn't appear to care nor do they have any intent on trying to resolve this issue. We would have no reason to spend $250 on a paintball gun, destroy it the same day and then glue it back together so that we could not get it repaired under warranty work. THAT MAKES NO SENSE�.. I wish I would have used Pay pal but unfortunately I did not. I RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY TO BE VERY CAUTIOUS�

I ALSO ALMOST GOT SCAMMED BY THAT LOSER FRICKIN COMPANY. LUCKILY I USED PAYPAL AND STARTED FEELING SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THE STUNNED BROAD AT ACTIONVILLAGE.COM WANTING ME TO PAY DOUBLE THEN THEY WOULD CREDIT BACK ONE PAYMENT. "YA RIGHT!!!" I DIDN'T JUST FALL OFF A TURNIP TRUCK AND YOU GOT CAUGHT, I'LL PROVE IT. (SEE BELOW FROM PAYPAL)

After further examination, PayPal has now completed the investigation of

this transaction. We would like to inform you that the suspicion was

confirmed and we have therefore reversed the transaction back to the

buyer. Unfortunately, due to data protection we cannot disclose any

further information in relation to the investigation.
