US Dear Sir or Madam: Thank for reading my story! There are no customer service at all! I suggest Hotwir.com can get rid of the icon of customer service. I try to reach the customer service regarding my flight. I waited about half of hour, finally one man pick up my phone, he mentioned that he can't heard me, and drop my call immediately. I thought that might be the technical problem. Then try one more time, another half hour. A lady pick up the phone did the same way as the man. What is going on with the hotwire.com? I'll never gonna have a business with Hotwire.com
