Very little ink in cartridges - Refund on unused only!

I used FOUR of their cartridges in ONE WEEKEND! In 10 years of printing, I've never gone through ink like that. They would not give me my money back on the empties, and would make me pay for the postage to send the rest back. Ridiculous!
