UPS Sucks They are Brown for a reason

These are nothing but a bunch of lazy arrogant jerks that only care about money and do nothing to support the customer. A vendor shipped a package to me via UPS and made an error on one digit of the zip code. The staff at UPS is too lazy or too stupid to make the effort to match the zip code with the city name. They would rather send the package back to the vendor so they can charge them again. The vendor even called UPS with the corrected information on the zip code error, UPS flatly refused to make the change for their customer. Use FEDEX or DHL even the post office anybody, but these jerks!
