Sleep number bed very bad choice

After 4 years of sleepless nights, we are finally getting rid of the $4000 Sleepnumber, king, pillowtop, fully adj, really bad mistake bed.

Can't take it any longer! The pillow top became "trench" like after the first 6 months. They replaced it for us, however it did the same thing again. When I contacted their customer service dept again, they were rude, said that we were getting no more freebies and basically tough luck.

This company should be ashamed of their big scam of beds and poor customer service. I will tell everyone I know now and in the future to steer clear.

The bed was never very comfortable and the trenchs we have been "sleeping" in is inexcusable . Having a Serta delivered tomorrow. Just have to figure out how to get this thing in the trash.
