No customer service on bathroom fixtures

bathroom vanity maxfurniture.com 1269 Wilderness Run Road, Eagan, Mi 55123 US I purchased a bathroom vanity and mirror/cabinet which mounts above the vanity, online at maxfurniture.com in April of last year. Due to physical injury I wasn't able to get it installed until December. The screws holding the door hinges on the vanity and the wall mounted cupboard were all stripped out, there was no installation instructions for the faucet. I called called their customer service number and spoke with a woman who said she would email the instructions immediately. I never received them. I talked to her about the stripped screws and she said I had to report any damage to the unit within 3 days of receiving it. I asked if it had a warranty and she said yes, 1 year. I asked how I could file a claim on the warranty if I waited past the 3 days. She said she would have to talk to her supervisor and get back to me. I waited 3 days and called back. She wasn't in and the person who answered said they would leave a message. I called again 2 days later and left a voice message. I never heard back from them. I sent 3 emails to them which were never answered either. A month went by and I received an email from them which asked if my customer service problem had been handled to my satisfaction. I responded that no it hadn't and explained the problem. I never heard a response. Stay away from this company. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen.
