Illegal Order

I ordered a sample of Curb Your Cravings patches. I paid $2.95 for this

sample. I used the sample and did not see any results, so I did not order

more. On April 25, 2008, USA Herbals in NY; telephone number 866/468-3300;

charged my debit card with $48.94 for an order which I did not place. When

I called the above number and spoke with Jose, he advised me the fine print

in my sample, authorized them to make an automatic shipment to me. Jose

hung up on me when I told him I was going to report the company to the

Better Business Bureau. Can you help me get a refund of my money?
