Horrible customer service by the OWNER

This company sold me a one year maintenance agreement which came with 2 maintenance calls. They completed one and refused to honor the second one that I had ALREADY paid for because 12 months had passed. The owner was particularly rude to me and when I asked her if she was willing to lose an established customer over a $60 maintenace call she said she was fine with it and actually laughed.
