DHL

DHL offers shipping services, door to door, next day within the 48 US, so they advertise. However, they fail to advise the consumer that they do not deliver to every address as they state & they turn your packages over to other carriers such as the United States Postal Service. Once this is done, it is out of their hands and you loose track of it. They state they are no longer responsible for your item. I'd like for this company to be held accountable for their actions. They should also have to change their voice recording and advertisment to allow the public to know your package does not stay with the same shipping company you sent it with. My package was shipped Next Day Service by 3PM from Southfield, MI 04/24/08 and as of today we don't have it & DHL can't confirm where it it, only that the Postal Service has it.
