Misleading Membership Terms and Conditions

Lucille Roerts, Bohemia, New York. They had a promotion going on, I stopped in and joined for a long term membership. When I got home and spoke to my husband he suggested I try it first to see if I liked it. We were also leaving for vacation in 6 weeks and would be gone for just over a month. Later that same afternoon I went back in to downgrade my membership to a month to month "No Commitment". I was unaware that plan would take monthly membership fees from my credit card. Ironicly, it wasent until I had decided to "re-join" several months later that I realized they had been taking it from my card. I called "customer service" to to tell them I was NOT told there would be a reoccuring charge on my card. They are rude uneducated and dont want to hear ANYTHING you have to say. There is no corprate office contact information to be found so I have not found anyone to go to with my issue. Not only will I dipute the charges on my credit card I will spend much of my free time posting on sites to warn people that Lucille Roberts has "Misleading Membership Terms and Conditions".
