Rude behaviour of store manager

I went to return a handbag at the Clarks England/Bostonian store in Beachwood place with original receipt and tag still attached to the bag. The bag was in the same condition as the time of purchase. Store manager was a lady and she was very rude to me. She accused me that I was dishonest and did not want to refund me. She gave me two options - either I have to go back with that bag or buy something that day. The return policy on the back of the bill only said if there is no original receipt, then store credit will be issued. She was racistic and told me that if I was in some other country, I would not have been able to return. She said I borrowed the bag from the store and I cannot return. Finally she told me not to come to her shop again and she does not want my business anymore.
