Receipt and faulty notice

mcafee virus scan,etc US I have my copy of my receipt #CS349519364 which I have repeatedly tried to show you via all of the various links shown on page with my receipt #.NO luck! My complaint is: with this receipt and my visa having been charged the requested amount, why am I constantly getting the drop down stating that I am not covered?
