Priceline problem

I was bidding through the day for hotels in the $365 range in Crystal City, Virginia. When I raised my bid to $220, Priceline accepted the bid for a hotel at Reagan airport. The hotel would have charged me $201 if I had called them directly. When I called to complain, the Priceline employee at first offered to refund the difference, then hung up on my call. This is bait and switch!
