FW: complaint

On this day of April 29,2008 , I bring to your notice that I had purchased a mobile sim from your store at fort after submitting all required documents and an amount of Rs 99 /- via Csno: SFA /08-09/CSD1/399 prepared by Jaideep Mody through my credit card number 4629864077109009 .

Inspite of repeated call to vodafone and multiple emails to yourself no concrete action has been taken and as mentioned earlier in my email that I have sufferred enormous pain and damage to my family because of repatedely disconnection of my mobile number 9833177737 without a valid reason due to negligience in service at your end. I have gone to the extent of supporting your organisation with submitting a new set of documents at Andheri Store but still its of no avail . If this is the fate of the educated customer like me , I wonder what is the fate of a normal customer .

Since, these suffering I have gone through and damage to my family is because of Vodoafone and since the following people in vodafone are cause of this I have filed a police complaint against vodafone at Vashi Police Station , Navi Mumbai to initiate a criminal proceedings against the CEO / Mr Rajesh / Ms Laxmi / Ms Vaishali Shinde . Also I would be initiating a proceedings on Conivance in crime with TRAI officials since my previous communications are been marked to TRAI as well to which no response has been shown by TRAI officials.
