Charter Communications - Customer Service is bad

I've opted for E-Bill with Charter and hence I don't receive any paper statements and I am not able to check my E-Bill because the login page doesn't come up. It could be some issue with the browser settings, the login page throws a 'Page Cannot be displayed' error. I've contacted Charter regarding the same. I used chat help 4 times and called customer service once in one day. The number of times I've tried reaching them shows that my problem wasn't resolved. When I tell them that the login page isn't coming up and that it is throwing a page cannot be displayed error, the reps replied to that saying that my password has to be re-set. Even though I say that I cannot see the boxes to enter the username and password, it is still a password re-set issue for them.

I can understand one person saying that but multiple??? and one of them was on top. I requested if I could get the statements in mail, she replied saying they cannot e-mail any statements and closed the chat session, while I was trying to tell her that I meant, mail not e-mail.
