BOCA JAVA 730 South Powerline Rd. Suite D Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 US http://www.bocajava.com I HAD TRIED TO CANCEL THE AUTO DELIVEY. THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST AND SENT IT AGAINST MY WISHES. I REFUSED THE PACKAGE AND IT RETURNED TO THEM. THEY KEPT $25 OF MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I HAD EVEN CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS TOO BAD AND THAT UNLESS I BOUGHT THEIR PRODUCT, THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I COULD DO. I DEMANDED TO TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR WHO WAS WONDEROUSLY BUSY. SHE SAID THAT SHE'F HAVE THEM CALL ME WHEN AND IF THEY GOT TIME! STILL NO WORD FROM THEM! Once they have your card # they will charge you multiple times (3x per week for me) under different business names so that your bank cannot stop multiple charges. Sending back the coffee makes no difference. I had to get a new visa number. Refund? Your dreaming! Enjoy your desperate, miserable lives all employees and owners of Boca Java.
