Billed for servuces I did not get To whom it may concern:
Enclosed with this complaint you should find documentation of my efforts to clear up my account with Direct TV. To this day I have not found relief. I want my account cleared up today so I can have my services on at my present address. It is very aggravating to take the time to inform a company of my moving plans only to have them not fulfill their end of the services. I have not had services with Direct TV since August 15 2007 - requested it be moved on that date to new address in UT. The movement of my services never happened yet I have been bill for the services. Look over the documents I have attached with this email. I am tired of this mess!
I have tried to clear up the billing mess for the last eight months and sill have not found relief. I try calling and get some very rude supervisors on the phone but found one nice person who tried to help (Chrystal) who eventually had transferred me back to Tamika ID 33427 who was the rude supervisor I had talked with earlier. I would like this mess cleared up today!!!! I have moved again and still cannot get Direct TV service at my home because of this mess. I have received a bundle package deal that includes Direct TV. However, I am not receiving my Direct TV portion of the bundle because of this mess on Direct TVs end.
