Bad Design

My family bought a projection television from JVC, 4 months later it had to be serviced they said it needed cleaning due to dust. About 5 months later on 11/27/07 it had to be serviced again, they said it needed to be cleaned again and the service center said it needed a light engine but JVC refused to let them put it in, got the tv back 2 weeks later. On 1/11/07 had it serviced again and again they had to clean it, but this time the service center was allowed to change the light engine, that was done in our home. The last time it was taken in for service was on 3/3/08 and it was brought back 2 weeks later not fixed said they couldn't find nothing wrong with it. Now the picture on the tv is horrible and the warrenty is up. I also tried talking to JVC representatives but they were rude and they told me that the problems i was having with the tv was because my home was too dusty.
