A&W in North Wales, PA

Where to begin? We all ordered value meals, 3 of the four wanted something other than fries (one onion ring, two cheese curds). The onion rings were never punched in, the cheese curds were processed as an additional item, and we were charged full price for them. Also, the curds and the fries were stone cold. One of the burgers was ordered "add a patty," which we were charged for and never recieved. Another burger had obviosly been under the heat lamp too long, as the bun was crumbling. In fact, the ONLY fresh thing was my chili cheese dog. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the floats use to come in frosty mugs? Who changed that policy? I'd have complained on the spot, if not for the comedy show we were running late to.

We will NEVER be going back to that restaurant.
