3 WEEKS FOR A REFUND?

Bought a dress online but it did't fit. The only way to return it is via their courier who collected it the following morning, I waited 5 days desperately needing a refund...2 weeks later i'm still waiting only to be told I could be waiting another week! No where on their website does it tell you it takes 3wks for your refund. When I called their customer service I was told I couldn't make a complaint as "this is just the way its been for years"! In the mean time they hold onto MY (much needed) £60, probably gaining interest on it.
