repair of my videocon television set

This is to bring to your notice that I own a 29” Videocon Bazoomba flat Television which has been giving me problems for the past 15 days.I had lodged a complaint regarding the same at one of your service centres in New Alipore, Kolakata, (Ph :32931564) on 17.04.08.

I was assured that the television will be repaired.Every time I called I was told that a technician has been sent and will be reaching my place in half an hour or so. But till date no one has come.Also, many a times I received calls from the service centre,whereby they asked me to stay back at home and assured that the technician would be reaching my home in half an hour or one hour. But no one has yet bothered to come.Thus wasting my time by unnecessarily making me stay back when they’ve not even bothered sending any technician.This is highly unethical and unprofessional.

This kind of after sales service from a Reputed Company like yours is unexpected and extremely shameful! It seems that you people are not bothered about your customers!

Do let me know if there is any other service centre of videocon in the city where my Television set can be repaired. I feel like I’ve committed a mistake by purchasing a videocon product.
